User Data Deletion Instructions

At D2 Digital Labs and through our d2dl-crm platform, we respect your privacy rights and provide clear, straightforward mechanisms to request the complete deletion of your personal data.

According to Meta Platform rules and international data protection regulations, you have the right to request that your personal information, WhatsApp messaging history, contact records, or Facebook app associations be permanently removed from our systems.

Method 1: If You Messaged a Business on WhatsApp

If you communicated via WhatsApp with a business that uses our d2dl-crm platform:

A Instant Opt-Out via Chat

Reply with the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in the WhatsApp conversation at any time. Our system will immediately flag your profile, halt automated AI messages, and prevent future promotional outreach.

B Direct Business Deletion Request

Ask the business you messaged to delete your contact. Operators can instantly purge your profile, chat transcripts, and deal associations directly inside their d2dl-crm dashboard.

C Direct Request to D2 Digital Labs

If you cannot reach the business, email our Data Protection Team at [email protected] with the subject "User Data Deletion Request". Please include:

Your WhatsApp phone number (with country code, e.g. +94...)
The name of the business you contacted

We will verify your request, coordinate with the tenant business, purge your data, and send confirmation within 30 days.

Method 2: If You Connected via Facebook / Meta App

If you authenticated with our Facebook / Meta application (such as connecting your Meta Business Account):

1 Open Facebook Settings

Go to your Facebook Profile → Settings & Privacy → Settings.

2 Navigate to Apps and Websites

Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Apps and Websites.

3 Remove the App

Find D2-CRM-Demo (or D2 Digital Labs) in the list and click Remove.

4 Confirm Deletion

Once removed, your Facebook account association is revoked. You can view your removed apps list anytime under "View Removed Apps and Websites" in your Facebook settings.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving and verifying a data deletion request, we permanently remove:

Your WhatsApp phone number and profile identifiers
Message conversation histories, media files, and document attachments
Lead contact records, notes, tags, and calendar appointment metadata
Authentication tokens and session associations

Note: Minimal transaction records may be retained only where strictly mandated by financial record-keeping laws or statutory compliance.
